I assume you are interviewing for a job in the medical field? You probably have no experience if you're asking this question. Be prepared to answer detailed questions about your education and especially any clinical experience. Consider how any unrelated work experience can apply to the field (customer service is a big bonus, play it up if you have it, also organization, time management, etc.). Practice alone or with a friend until the answers come naturally to you. Personalize your answers, how you felt about your clinical experience, what you learned, your aspirations.

i wish i could help you, but your question is foggy, what kind of medical background do you have? is this a new field for you? are you a medical assistn. RN, LVN, Paramedic,EMT, Lab asstn, what field are you going into, same field as before except new employer, give some more information, because if this is the best you can do, i be very cautious about interviewing in the medical profession, people expect a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience since you will probably be dealing with ill and injured patients, and procedures and dispensing medication. so please be more specific about what you ask???

A great resource for this type of thing is studentdoctor.net. Having gone to medical school myself, the best advice I can give is to know yourself. A genuine answer is much better than a canned answer.

Why do you want to go to medical school? What have you done so far to prepare? How can you be sure you want to do this? What have you done to learn more about it? Those are the types of things you'll want to sort out with yourself. Don't worry. Interviewers are not out to stump you. They just want to get to know you on a genuine level. So be sure to know yourself.

Remember, try that website, and join the forums for more help. Good luck.
