I have had alot of grilfriends in the past but non of them did i truely love they were all okay, but i want to find a girl with a personality like me! that can understand my ways.

What are you interested in? Whatever it is, get involved and you'll likely meet others like you. If you're into mountain biking and hiking, when you hit the trails, you'll find girls who like that stuff. Take a class in something that interests you at your local college, volunteer doing something that's important to you. When you meet someone doing what you love, you're more likely to find others that will understand you.

That's kinda hard for a stranger to answer. The best one to answer that is yourself. Only you know what you're interested in, what issues your involved with, etc. etc. But, I can give you just a little nudge in the right direction. If you're interested in sports and games, join a community team, a gym, or even go to a sporting event by yourself. If you're intellectual, attend poetry readings, book signings, join a book club, if books aren't your thing, there are other nonbookish clubs and events like that, just fill in the blank. When you're out anywhere, whether it be church, grocery store, bank or anywhere else, just talk to anyone. Even if you're not interested in them, because that one lady who you couldn't catch her eye may see you being friendly and just may change her mind. The one place I will say NEVER go to in search of love, is bars and nightclubs. If you have to ask why, then you need a lot more than a yahoo answer. I hope I've helped. Good luck : )

You can try joining dating sites on the net. Some really work, it's all about asking the right questions, being honest about yourself and what you are looking for in a girl.
You can volunteer at a cause that will reflect your interests. you meet a lot of good people at these organizations. A lot of times it's luck that may put the right person in your path. Do all you can to meet a lot of people in as many venues as you can.

Differing personalities in a relationship is key. Sure you can have some things in common but having someone who likes some things that you don't like and vice versa gives you some flexibility in a relationship (eg she takes you dancing and you take her golfing or something). But finding someone is actually very hard. Look for personality first. Find someone interesting and go over to them and talk to them. Some of the best places are ice cream parlors, roller-skating and ice-skating rinks, and on a walk with your dog.

then go to the local bad gigs
those people are very down to earth and kind
