Try Crest Whitestrips; they are about $20-$40 depending on what kind you get. (Regular vs. premium)

I AM A DENTIST FRM INDIA. See yellow spots r due to two reasons[mainly]
Might be possible that either you or your mother have ingested tetracyclines during pregnancy or you have taken tetracyclines before 11 yrs of age.Sometimes even docs also dont know and if you r freuently ill during your childhood then usually docs can prescribe tetracycline.
Second is area where you live.If drinking water is rich in fluoride then these can give stains.
Now you shd go for bleaching and prefbly 15% carbamide,
As a dentist I will suggest you to get it done by dentist and not at home.

Use a toothpaste with flouride and baking soda in it.

Also, dental bleaching can cost $500-1000.
Go for the white strips but they can damage the enamel after excessive use.

brushing teeth with whitening toothpast (i like the aquafresh whitening) and brush with baking soda (just dip your wet tooth paste in a box until the soda covers the brush) - flossing and getting a cleaning at the dentist and then keeping them white with whiting listerine - i've never tried crest strips...and avoidingthose foods/drinks that stain teeth (cigs, tea, coffee, blueberries) - i know it's embarrasing - good luck!!!

Need more information...
It might be hereditary - do your parents have yellow teeth?
How old are you? - it may be age-related.
Do you drinks lots of coffee, tea, or soda? they stain.
Do you constantly chew gum? Saliva weakens tooth enamel over time.
Do you visit your dentist twice a year? S/he is the one to answer your questions.Health teeth and gums are critical to a health life.

besides brushing and flossing daily along with using a mouthwash like listerine there are many toothpastes and products to help give you a whiter smile... but if its only on a few teeth try brushing and flossing and then using the mouthwash that might do the trick

See a dentist to be sure there isn't some other issue besides the obvious. The obvious? Coffee habit. Tobacco habit. Cola habit.
