In Malaysia, do you think the medical treatment cost in hospital go up when you produce your medical card?

Medical card insurance or health insurance is getting popular in Malaysia. Do you think that when a patient produce his / her medical card to the private hospital, the medical treatment cost will go up compare to those without medical card insurance?

Medical card insurance is also known as Hospitalization & Surgical insurance in Malaysia.

i think the cost will go up for both parties as private hospital is looking at profits nowaday. Those without medical card or money may be left unattended. thus, with or without cost will definitely go up.
