i have a 5 year old son Rob when he sits on my lap to watch movies i notice his tummy gose up and down

wow I hope it is...thats called breathing. and hopefully a girl would do it just as much as a boy. I think some parenting classes are in order here!
and its "goes" not gose!!!

If he isn't having any stomach problems I wouldn't worry. it seems like I remember my son doing that too. They just breathe a little harder. Boys are so much more active.

When kids breathe they use there diaphragm more. Like when you sing properly. We, as adults, breathe very shallow so only our chests move. He is normal. BUT.. congrats on being a mom!!!

That is because he is breathing. We all do it and believe me it is a good thing because if he wasn't breathing then he would be dead.
