How do you start a conversation and compliment a girl w/out being annoying and being confident to attract her?

Hey im 16 years old and pretty good looking guy i got a lot of confidence and i like this one girl but i have a tough time talking to her though i kidna figure she likes me. I always have a tough time starting out convos or thinking of things to go along with the convo thinking of different subjects to talk to ask her but i always run out of things. I wanna know what girls like in compliments to tell her and to not being annoying about doing it. I love makuing my girls feel great and safe thats the type of boyfriend i am but i dont have her yet so i wuld like to win her over with my nice talk and confidence though dont wanna be annoying or corny pick up lines. NE IDEAS?!

Well be yourself man. Chicks like it when your not being fake. Tell her she looks pretty today and she what she says. Then respond to what she says. notice if she has a new dress and/or hair style..And whatever you do remember everything she says..sometimes it hard to do but write it down and go over it before you talk to her again. If you can remember things you two talked about it will show her you are really into her...and not just trying to get in her pants.
I have this one girl that thinks I forget are conversation..but I make her thnk that then I remember stuff about her and shes like wow.. It so you are paying attention to her and you care enought to listen.. even if this girl thinks she fat or says she's not pretty.

Just listen too her... and you may have a shot yet !!!

Just be yourself. Try to talk about things that interest both of you.If she is interested, she will try to keep the conversations going smoothly also. Don't be overly complimentative - that is a turn off. Just take it slow. She wil come around, (if she is interested). If not, you will know. Good luck.
