Aaaw so sweet!! First of all, you're not a simple guy!!! Remember that!!
Then, if you're not able to talk to her because of your shyness, Be expressive with your body: signs with your hand, lil'smiles, look at her in a nice and short way and not too sexy. You have to show to her that she's not like the others, that she's important to you. And after, U can write some words to her and talk to her!
Be confident, sure of you but not as "the macho man" that's the key I SWEAR IT!!

well the girl of your dreams just don't ack like someone your not around her or where ever and to bring out your poet side here are a couple poems

I would write her a poem telling her how you feel and then hand deliver it to her. If you go to school with her then maybe you could slip it in her locker but be sure to put your name on it so she knows that it is from you.
