There is no good juice fast and you shouldn't do it at all.

Your body needs a balanced diet, which includes solid foods. If you are trying to lose weight, the best way to do it is to exercise regularly--at least 3-5 times per week 45+ minutes at a time. Then watch your caloric intake and keep it under 2000 calories and eat foods that contain less than 1/3 fat calories. Marshmallows are non-fat, but obviously you shouldn't gorge on them, so when determining the types of foods to eat, you need to use your head and not eat high-sugar foods, either, even if they are fat-free.

Don't keep to a strict diet for more than a few weeks without consulting with your doctor. Dieting and weight loss can have an adverse (bad) affect on your muscles, including your heart muscle--you wouldn't want to diet to look good only to have a heart attack because of it!

It is a good idea to exercise in the morning BEFORE you eat, this helps you burn fat calories faster.

fasting isnt good for you. But if you insist, you should do juice you should do water. its better for you. Make sure you drink 8-10 glasses a day, more if you are seriously overweight. Water will do great things, it will clean out you system, its good for digestion, and will clear up you complexion.

if you are a reader of the Bible water is the best form of liquid you can use to fast with. when you start it should be the last item going into you and the first thing every morning before you start the day
