NOPE!! Although they may be born with allergies they won't always be allergic to the same thing. It is a coincidence if that happens, allergies aren't genetic.

I'm a twin and me and my brother get hay fever but i am allergic to duck and hes not so i don't think that all of twins allergy's are the same.

I have fraternal twin granddaughters. One is allergic to tree nuts, eggs (uncooked), cat hair and dander and some other things. Her sister is allergic to nothing.

they very well could be, medicine "plays it safe" when it comes to allergies and the rule of thumb is if the mother was allergic then her children will be as well.

Come on, use your good brain. You can do this! Allergies can be inherited. Monozygotic twins share the same DNA. Therefore.... And dizygotic twins don't..so....
