I listen to JACK FM Oldies ['We Play What We Want', online Yahoo!Widget - no requests classic rock from the 80s, 90s & some other stuff]
There's an all Classical FM station {ABC ClassicalFM} that's better than the full weekend 'pop', 'hip-hop','bootiebull' 'syrup' that invades television for endless hours of lost comedy & dramas. Then there's all this middle eastern radio broadcast to promote the 'Australian Multicultural' [bogus] theme. Australian music is nearly non-existant. It's all imitation anything else. 8-(

Ummm dont listen to "mikewonaus". All australians do not listen to country music. In fact most australians don't. What do you think we are on another planet? We listen to mostly the same stuff as other english speaking countries, we watch mostly the same movies and many of the same TV shows. There are alot of really ignorant people out there who think that we are a 3rd world country or something that speaks Austrian. Get your facts straight "mikewonaus"
