When I do not have coffee for a couple of days, my headaches go on a tyraid and pound like the dickens. As soon as I injest coffee, not Coke or Pepsi, the headaches disappear. I do understand that there are some caffine addictions, however, I can do without. It just seems like my body likes it quite well. I also have a problems with my back, for which I see a chropractor but since I'm unemployed, I can not get these adjustment that help me so much. Anyone else out there who has issues with coffee being a must in their day?

Some people are more highly sensitive to caffeine than others. I was really addicted too. 2 cups or so in the AM or a violent headache by afternoon. I decided to detox--drink hot water in the am and just have tea to allleviate the symptoms a little. It took two weeks of headaches, but I finally did it. I feel better now overall, and I have far fewer headaches in general that I used too.

I have the opposite problem... i love coffee, but I can not have more than 1 cup a day. If i drink strong coffee, my heart beat increases and I have kind of anxious feeling for everything. I got to drink lots of water to make me calm down. Also, if i drink coffee in the afternoon, i can not sleep at night.

Coffee is a must for my breakfast, i love it but my body does not like it as much.

That is most likely completely not the case. Some people have resistances to certain drugs. Just happens in genes. Do not test your theory. There is no need to do such 'hard drugs' anyway, since they only lead to serious irreversible medical problems, abandonment from your social circles, incarceration, and becoming a hobo. There is nothing good that could come from experimenting with drugs. Go drink a beer instead.

Caffeine is very addictive. Maybe try to wean yourself off coffee if you don't want to be drinking it all the time. Just like drug addicts...you have to go through rehab...you can't just all of a sudden take something out of your diet that your body has been used to. My suggestion is to just start drinking less and less until you get rid of the headaches.

I have not suffered from this since I don't drink a lot of caffine, but I have heard of others who have had similar symptoms when they don't drink coffee or a pop when they are used to drinking many.

I agree, if I go without it, my head immediately starts to hurt. I just try to not have more than 2 cups
