Well if they're not ghetto hoes...
Some dont wear panties so they dont have lines from it showing through the dress and vice versa for the bra...
Also some wild girls feel more sexy without them...
In my case If wasnt gonna wear panties under a skirt.. you know Im gonna something going before the nights out.. Hehehhe

I never met one but if I will a women who doesn't wear a bra and panties turn me of it is nice when I start to pool Dow something.

i would suppose it would depend on the dress!!! Maybe a strapleess dress would not be the right outfit for a bra unless you wear the straps under the dress. but I always wear panties

sometimes they dont wear bra or panties because they down want to show bra and panty lines... or if they wore a bra it can be seen..which can look really odd osmetimes

yes, sometimes the fabric of a dress is so shear, that any undergarment will show lines. so women go panty-less and bra-less or wear pasties.

i don't know about panties, but bras...some bras just won't fit with certain dresses.
