Its normal to be scared to be away from somebody your so use to being around and are in love with for so long. I've been in a long distance relationship for 3 years now and we've never met and wont be able to for the next year and a half but we make it because we love each other unconditionally.

I understand you're scared to be away from him for so long but think about it this way: would you rather be without him for 6 months or a lifetime. If you love him and he loves you, if theres trust, honestly, loyalty, understanding and strength in the relationship you two will do fine.

Talk to him as much as you can on the phone, send emails in the times you cant. Dont worry, itll work out, you both just have to really want it to.

I'm going to be brutally honest, but this will help you and assure you he doesn't not cheat. you will have the peace of mind knowing you're his only woman.
ALOT of guys, not all, will find another woman they would never consider dating but use her for their "pleasure." Often their significant other never finds out, but you do hear many stories about people who do.
Of course call him alot, but don't make it seem like you're checking in on him. Avoid alot of "Where are you!?!?!" or other untrusting questions. Try to keep on good terms. (often guys will have an affair after a fight). Just remind him you love him and will see him soon. I'm not being perverted (remeber I'm trying saving your relationship) when I suggest (only if ur comfortable with it) that you have phone sex. Not alot but if he likes it, it keeps him close to you and hopefully not with anothre woman.
Hope for the best! Don't worry six months will go by in no time :)

All I can say is do your best to keep in touch with your man, if you really love him, you'll wait for him, but you'll also keep your heart open. "Let our true lovers find their way to our beds, and let tonights lover give it good," it's a little cruel, but nobody can wait for a long time to have love.

well i used to but, we brook off, not because of the long distance, for something else, it great you get to communicate with he person even more and really get to know them cause you guys are not seeing eye to eye all the time so it's like you know them all over again.
