I'm willing to hear about other people's beliefs/practices/religions, so long as they don't try to persuade me to join their group.

I've examined every major religious belief (including the ones I used to hold) and found them to be primitive and lacking.

Does that make me close-minded or open-minded? I've given them the chance, but does that mean I have to extend that chance forever?

open minded means that you are willing to hear ones views. However, if you know God personally, you know truth. When you know truth, you will not fall for lies.
