Ugh, I can't believe some of these answers. So many people here are so excited about hitting their dogs, and can't wait to recommend it to others - how awful.
To be fair to both dogs, don't ever (ever) create situations where treats are being handed out with both of them close to each other. Your dogs have shown you many times alreadt that this doesn't work - so don't do it again. Instead, separate the dogs and feed and give treats when they are apart from each other.
Your Pug is a resource-guarder. Feed him separately (in his own crate, if necessary) so that he can relax. The website below has great info about ways to stop this. Good luck!

Your pug needs some behavior training. He has probably become more agressive because of the arrival of the new pup. The pug wants to dominate, but you need to show him that you are the boss, not him.

well you can always train him where he will be nicer to people this is how if your dog is afraid of water get a spray bottle and spray each time he jumps up at the family soon he will stop for good but a lot of dogs are naturally aggressive with there food and dogs like to dominate when other dogs or there they like to be the boss but you show them your the boss

Use a spray bottle filled with water and spray him when he does these things. Make sure you use only water and spray him in the face. This sounds mean, but the water will not hurt him and he wont like water sprayed in his face. He should stop this bad behavior. Good Luck

he is jealous of the lab and he wants to show the lab who is king of the roost. I would be popping his butt with a flyswatter every time he went after a family memeber and scold him at the same time so he knows he is not allowed to do this. the first time he bit one of the kids-------------he would have to be destroyed(sorry) because i would not be able to trust him around them without being in the same room to keep an eye on him.

Pop him in the head with a broom handle every time he does it. This will break him
