i met him through one of my best friends . i have only talk to him on the phone but he is very sweet and funny to talk to . i would love to meet him some time but i never can because i am always busy with sports , but i think i can make time for him . so can u please HELP me and answer my question sould i tell him that i like him or not ?

If you only know him on the phone, but trust him, I think you should. If hes your real friend, he will either feel the same way or not care. You have nothing to lose

You can tell him you like him, but do not expect him to respond in the way you want him to. You may never know what he has been through in his past.
