Why you return car?

There is no "cooling off" period when purchasing a car. Once you sign that contract the car is yours. A vehicle is not a TV you can return to the department store.

As for the "Lemon Law" it only applies to new cars that develop a recurring problem which can't be fixed after 3 tries or so.

If you're test driving it, a couple of hours.

If you bought it, it's yours. You can't return it.
