you dont need a torque wrench. any socket wrench will do. 90 degrees of rotation (for example)on a bolt is the same, no matter what kind of wrench is turning it. i assume you are torquing head bolts. imagine a clock face on the head of the bolt, 12 oclock to 3 oclock is 90 degrees. if it's 60 degrees you need, imagine go from 12 to 2., if its 120 you need, go to 12 to 4. that gets you as close as a degree wrench will. they are not that accurate.
