How can I start and end telepathetic communication?

You can only start it with someone who is willing to share their thoughts with you. You simply concentrate on talking with them without opening your mouth. God is usually willing (well his computer receptors are open)

Of all the evolutionary mutations, one stands out because it was the turning point for both sociological and political leaps in the sophistication of planet "Big H". Mental telepathy was a key stepping stone for the future.

Spoken communications required both parties to be fluent in a common language. Languages, all languages, have been rather feeble attempts to convey thoughts, messages, and ideas.

Mental telepathy, on the other hand, required no language skills. And, it (more) accurately conveyed thoughts, messages, and ideas in a post haste manner.

While audible communications were still used at times, they were limited in use; as so were Latin personal verb tenses here on planet earth. Audible chats were common among best friends, husbands and wives, and, of course, mother and child.

Mental telepathy, became Planet wide, when Big H was nearing its 6 billionth birthday. It, mental telepathy, was the precursor of the next great mutation; the removal of criminal distractions.

In such case, I would return to Big H and watch over and guide them from my laboratory. When they ask me (pray) for advice, I will advise them by mental telepathy. When they ask (pray) for my help, I will help them by telekinesis. However, I will use telekinesis only if it would result in harmony.

(Later in history, when earthlings prayed to God, and their prayers were answered, they would refer to God’s mental telepathy as “the word of God”. They would refer to God’s telekinesis as “miracles”.)

You don't really have to stop telepathy, you simply stop concentrating so hard. In short - just relax, and your mental transmission will peter out - so to say
