If you like the outdoors, hiking with a pack burns a whole lot of calories, and you get to look at beautiful things. Cycling is also great.

Play a sport, i always tell people who hate excercising to play a sport you have fun and have an intense workout. I play basketball go bike ridding and swimming among other things. basketball and swimming are great workouts, also tennis is very fun and entertaining.

SEX!!! and I'm not saying this to be funny, but u can sure burn a lot of calories by doing it. If not then u can do swimming,tennis,basketball,
football,baseball,or anything else that u like to play,but swimming is the best exercise you can do (besides sex) because u are working out all the muscle's in ur body and also u are not straining ur muscle's.
