It depends on your size, age, etc, and whether you took the Motrin 6 or 8 hours ago (you said both)... And also on what other medications you're taking, for example: what was the shot your doctor gave you. Perhaps you should ask at a clinic or nurse's hotline in your area.

Advil thins the blood and so does red wine so I wouldn't.

yes. you just cant drink the alcohol instead of water, and you have to wait at least 30-45 minutes.
