I've never heard of Avalon Organics but it sounds interesting. I will have to look them up.

I used to use Shikesha organics. But I dyed my hair and now I use John Frieda.

I occasionally switch shampoos and conditioners. I heard somewhere that it's not that good on your hair to use the same shampoo again and again.

But that's what I heard. Don't know if it's actually true.

Btw, currently using pantene & thermasilk.

Um...my hair gets poofy cus I have layers and am growing them out and I use Sun Silk anti-poof shampoo and conditioner to keep it flatter during the day.

Over the years I have tried everything from expensive salon brands to cheap store brands. What I like best is Pantene. It rinses out well and leaves my hair shiny and tangle free without weighing it down. You can get it in bulk from those warehouse stores, and it's really reasonable.
