Awesome!
I'm not kidding you. Before being built up, the muscle needs to be *broken*, which is why you are hurting now.
If you want to stop hurting, you have some options:
* drink more water
* take a creatine monohydrate supplement
* eat more proteins (meaning more chicken, fish, low fat dairy and/or protein shakes)
* sleep more
* any combination of the above.
And don't worry about your personal trainer: s/he definitely knows what s/he is doing!
Good luck!

talk to him and explain how you feel and ask if he can do anything differently or if there ae any suggestions you have for him differently try explaining that to him. if he won't listen go to your parents and tell them. they can call the school who will look into his classes to see if they are appropriate for your level. he should be working you thats the point of having gym but you shouldn't hurt the next day. if you arent used to running or whatever you are doing you might be a little sore. talk to the other kids in your class and see if the feel the same way you do. if they do you can confront him in a group which could put more pressure on him to change his class. also try finding out if you are going to be doing different units in gym. you might start something new that is perfectly fine for you. i would recommend just talking to your friends first to see what they think then either going to your gym teacher or parents. i hope i helped a little. good luck!

back in my day we didn't have this thing called Jim class but i know what goes on there pointless jumping and wearing silly looking shorts. i tell you now if after only a couple of days your this tired then that Jim guy is doing a o k . when i was a boy i would haul heavy feed sacks up and down from the loft.
then i would have to go shovel of say round about 2 ton manure. and that was just from the dairy herd.
then it was off to the chicken barn and i tell you bird sh$t is not so light as you might think and think about 3 rows 3 high 3 in a cage and a barn that must have been getting on near 1000 feet long now that just the one row.
see now that Jim fellow is just doing what he thinks is best no sense having you go on to the work of life only to find you cant lift the shovels . no no you get in there every day now and you have this Jim teacher guy work you till sweat is dripping so fast into your eyes you cant see and then keep going do that till you drop that's the way to learn good work habits. wow you city kids with all your gadgets and walkie talkie devil dancing you kids now a days cant even figure out how to use a measuring tape. if you did you wont have your pants falling off ya.

If you're serious about hurting so badly, bring it up with your school nurse. Also, have your parents check into your gym teacher's credentials.
If you're truly being worked too hard, then that gym teacher needs to lay off for a bit. The body needs time to recuperate, and lots of health problems can be the result of overtraining.

ah. gym class. i can remember those days. it's definately tough and gym teachers are always the worst- typically because they usually lack lack friends/significent others. the only thing i can really suggest stretch, try to get exercise when you're not in gym to make it easier on yourself(since you can't sit down anyways), and pace yourself. as for the pain, bite your lip, take an advil and try new sitting positions.

well i have a gym teacher exactly like that and what i do is take a hot bath to relax the muscles, try to stay off them if they hurt, stretch a little more for a longer time before and after gym, and rub whatever is hurting badly.

go up to your gym teacher.
point him in the face.
stare at him.
and shriek in a little voice with a puckered mouth and scrunchy eyebrows.." YOU'RE FIRED"
