yes... as long as theres some other way for your dog to get exercise... if you have a fenced in yard... or if you run around the yard with them. if they do not get exercise they will get agravated and bored... they will chew on stuff and run around the house.they will also get unhealthy and overweight. you should try giving your dog at least one walk a day... they will love you for it.

I used to but unfortunately since he is a senior citizen he had a nasty onset of arthitis and I tried to walk him when he seemed to be over it and he was very sensitive to being touched and yelped in pain alot so I haven't walked him to make sure that he didn't get sore again, so I would say if the conditions of the dog dictate that he/she shouldn't be walked then don't

No , it is not okay. If you have a large fence in yard then it maybe okay. but even then you should walk your dog for the exercise and a real great bonding. and the big, big plus it will help keep boredom down. it develop the muscles and it will even benefit you. it become nice and bonding every time you walk it.

No, you should walk the dog even if it is just around the block-- it means a lot to them.

Your dog needs some outlet for his energy EVERY day. It doesn't always need to be a walk, but most dogs need at least 45 minutes of excersize a day. If you can't fit 45 minutes in for your dog, you need to surrender him to a rescue or shelter or rehome him another way to someone who can.

I do not believe that it is okay to not walk your dog. Dogs need exercise everyday in order to be comfortable, and they also need the exposure to the outdoor environment around them. It keeps them happy.

Besides the obvious bathroom issue, you'll be depriving your dog of exercise, activity, and mental stimulation. He'll be fat and bored, which will often lead to lots of health problems. Be a responsible owner and walk him daily, won't you?
