I have never had any brand of mousse dry out my hair but after bath I alwayse put some nexus humectress leave in conditioner and my hair stays healthy looking. And when your all finished styling spraying in some citreshine gives it a sparrkle. And spray some of your body spray in your hair and you wont have to worry about putting it on your body to heavy to keep the smell. I cannot use perfumes on my skin because they are too strong for my skin, that is why I used the word body spray.

Try Curls Up Mousse from FX Special Effects. Its non aerosol and wont dry out your hair. You can get it at Walgreens.
