I love America and am an American. I am proud to let intelligent people here and people in other countries know not all Americans are fools. I am telling you look around, your neighbors just want to live life pal, these "deciders" at the top are not like us. We need to face facts here.

Why kill those people? no need son, no need.

Indians were pillaging other Indians a long time before the first white man hit the shore. The only difference was there were more Europeans and they had better technology.

If the US wanted to destroy Iraq they could have leveled the place two years ago. That has not been the case at all. Instead American soldiers are giving their lives so that the Iraqis can live free of oppresion. They are not taking land, they are not taking resources, etc etc etc.

We didnt "destroy" the Indians (no, not "native americans", because they would be neanderthals, they were called Indians, n ot some PC crap), we beat them in armed conflict. Just like we had been doing in Europe for 1000 years. They were a primitive people who were defeated by superior firepower. And the got casinos out of the deal, stop whining.

As for Iraq, we have dumped billions into trying to rebuild a country that has no interest in being rebuilt. The prevailing religion glorifies warfare, and they have nothing without it. We can never win, because they dont *want* peace. They havent allowed peace in centuries, why would they now? We need to back off, secure the borders of that big sandbox, and let them kill each other until we can go in and get the natural resources we need.

The full moon sure is having strange effects the past couple of nights....
1. The two incidents have absolutely no relation to each other.. It's like comparing apples and tigers.
2. If in fact you are a citizen of this country and hate it so much as to slander and slur it with totally fallacious accusations... then you should immigrate to a land more to your liking.
3. If not a citizen then MYOB

What pillage of Iraq?
There have been no false treaties of any kind.
We haven't been exploiting them. Whether they've been used or not is another story.
We turned on Hussein's administration, because he turned on us first.
We took out Hussein's administration because of his attempts at genocide of his own people.
We have not taken their land.
We have not taken their resources.
And MOST of the Iraqi people are still quite proud, if not more so than they were. And they have EVERY REASON to be! They've come so far!
They still have their own culture.

And no, that is not our plan.

not even close,,,,,iraq is us trying to control and determine fate of another country, whereas the intention of the united states with native americans was to take thier property, keep them out of the way, and control them.....big difference unless you think the united states is actually interested in iraq being the 51st state? ;-)

As an American, what would you do if you could go back 500 years in time and change anything? After making your changes, where do you think you would be when you got back, if you could, to the present time?

I think you have the US and Iraq confused with Germany in WW2...
we've made no treaties, taken no land, only took the criminal leaders, they have little pride , we buy their resources ( Oil), their culture has been ruined for centuries....
We are the best thing to come their way in centuries
