Maybe "abuse" is a bit far fetched. The world trusts Israel's Govt. as a responsible one, however, that does not eliminate the harms and the dangers of the existence of such weapons in their hands.
Besides the obvious threat of a full out nuclear war in the Middle East if someone decides to press their red button and Israel retaliates, There is the deadlock situation formed there right now. Countries such as Iraq and Iran would not let go of their nuclear and biological weapons research (Iraq had to, eventually), as their people see it as a right to own such weapons when an enemy nearby has them. The only effective nuclear disarmament is a holistic one.

i think of if Saddam Hussein have been shown to have those shells, then Bush might have been shouting it from the rooftops as a chemical weapon. apparently the certainty that Israel have them makes it ok. form of like the certainty that Israel has nukes and would not enable IAEA inspectors everywhere close to the placement...you comprehend, an identical IAEA that Iran has been alllowing unfastened get admission to all alongside to tutor it would not have nukes, yet keeps being accused of blockading?
