i don't know if this is a real "therapy" or not but I have been told that it can actually help.
go out and find some wide open space where no one is around and just let it all out. just shout out all the things going through your head.
sometimes life can just get a little overwhelming, whether you suffer from mental illness or not, and it's important to get out of yourself before it starts eating away at you.
you could also look into find a counselor to talk to for a little while, a lot of times (if you can find someone you trust) it can help just to lay things out to someone who doesn't have any bias toward your situation.
either way I hope you get to feeling better soon.

You definitly do. Just let it go. Next time you feel like yelling at the world. Sing a song which you like and thank God for giving you this life and be happy for all that you have and think about all those who do not. Be appreciative of the time you are given here.

LOL. Yes! And there have been times when I have too. Take for instance today; I just moved into an apartment for 2 months, the neighbor smokes non-stop when she gets home. My apt. fills with smoke and I am literally choking. I complained to the manager and said "do something". Luckily, there is a clause in my agreement that covers such problems. But, you bet, today I could've screamed bloody murder at the world.

It is ok to scream and yell at the world, in fact it is quite normal to feel like doing that. Just do not go postal. That really is bad form.

I feel like yelling too sometimes.
See the movie "Network." There's a news anchorman character that does just that. And the network execs give him his own show to vent out his hostilities.

No, not in my book at least. At least once in their life a person wants to just scream at the world. Believe me, there's nothing wrong with it. If other people think there is, that's their problem.

Often. I usually do something physical to work the frustration out no sense in taking it out on others.
Now you've got me thinking of that Edvard Munch painting of the person holding his hands to his head.

i always feel like yelling at the world, it is common. I think it is to relieve stress, it helps with my stress. I don't think it is a problem at all.

Sure, every time I have to drive I get so pissed off at all the stupid drivers these days, who, for some strange reason, think their time is so much more valuable than mine... You are ok, just do not buy a gun, OK ???
