Are you talking about diet pills or something to just help your weight loss? Or something to boost with the healthy lifestyle? I always go au-natural....try chromium picolante to raise metabolism, or tonalin with exercising to burn more fat. i swear by both of them.

First off there is no slimming pills...they are a billion dollar industry that prey on people that want to be thin fast without the lifestyle change.....its all in your mind.....i use to think the same way as you.....oh if i get this weeks special i will lose 20 pounds and then get dissappointed when it didnt work...then gain all of that weight and more back...its an endless struggle....but if you take a more demanding approach and say hey i am not going to live like this anymore....im making a change and it begins with me...then you will appreciate what you loose and you will maintain it and reach your goals....dont believe the pill hype...ive done the stacker all up to number 3 and i did the tea and the miami beach diet and atkins....even the weekend juice diet....and yes i lost all my water weight but that was it.....hard work, cutting back and cutting out things that made me fat for my body type and exercise made me loose it all...and you can too...remember the same mind that tells YOU to buy the pills is the same mind that YOU tell no im going to make the right change starting now! good luck

There are diet pills that work - but these are prescription only medications for people who are dangerously obese. The best diet pill ever made was used In the 1940's, a then commonly used drug called DNP - Dinitrophenol, which was found to be highly toxic and carcinogenic. But caused you to lose around 7 - 12 pounds per week without exercise or altering your diet. It is still used today by bodybuilders but is exceptionally dangerous and can cause your body temperature to rise to fatal levels.

There are no short cuts! If you're serious about healthy weight loss you need to exercise and eat healthy! If you don't care for your health and just care about your looks you can order stuff like Thermobol, but to be honest it won't make much of a difference if you don't exercise with it. Diet pills are just money spinners for lazy people wanting a quick fix in January. Why not make a committment to change your life and do it properly? Join a gym. Buy some good road running shoes. Nothing else burns as much calories as road running.

I really wouldn't mess with them. I tried Phentermine and was awake all night and when I came off them I was severely depressed. Also tried the thermogenic herbal ones but they were just as bad.
I've tried many diets and hunger always seems to be a problem for me but only for a couple of weeks until your body gets used to eating less. Good luck!

Slimming pills, or anti-obesity medication as they're more formally called, should be viewed generally as a last resort, to help people who are grossly overweight. By far the healthiest and most effective way to control your weight is through long-term healthy eating and regular exercise.

I took some slimming tablets after my daughter was born, I wish I hadn't! They gave me so much energy that I was awake all night, I would have about 2 hours sleep and still not feel tired when I woke up. It did make me lose some weight but not a heap. I had to go off them becauise I couldn't take having so much energy. My sleeping pattern still hasn't gone back to normal, it messed up my body completely. Lokking back on it now, I didn't even have that much weight to lose, what did I expect after having a baby, you're bound to put on a bit, I would of lost it anyway.

There is no "magic pill"! You want to lose weight, go to the gym and hour of cardio a day, three to four days a week. Cut the fast food down. Limit yourself to 1 soda a day. lots of fruit and veggies. It WILL NOT happen overnight, after all you didnt gin the weight overnight.

Follow the 80/20 rule, which means eating clean 80 percent of times and indulging a little 20 percent almost daily.
