What program can I use to open and read .att files?

Notepad does not work.
Files were transferred from my Sandisk(cell phone)

I was in the exact situation you were. Right click on the file, say open with, say choose program and click notepad. It works. Don't know what happened to you. If it doesn't, just double click it and a window should pop up giving you 2 choices on it. They are 1. Do you want to select the program from a list.
2. Use the web service to find the appropriate program.
