We all make mistakes. Christians simply are forgiven for their mistakes after confessing their sins in prayer to God.

Atheists cannot seem to grasp the idea of forgiveness.

We (Christians) try to lead good respectable lives. The Atheist interpet it that we think we are perfect. Why? I have no idea. We are always admitting that we are not perfect. I think what makes the Atheist mad, is that after we have admitted to our mistakes we smile and praise Jesus. (That really confuses the Atheists)

So they look for when we (Christians) make mistakes and then they call us hypocrites. Implying: "You said you were perfect and you are not". (Of course, we never said we were perfect.)

There is psychological name for that: "The Strawman Fallacy".

Because there are many who proclaim to be Christian but they lack the spirit of God. People are quick to criticize them because the pretend to be someone they are not.
