Caterpillars, Ritz crackers, peanut butter or soft cheese and Chinese noodles for antlers, raisins for eyes...

I would give some crackers with perhaps EZ Cheese along with some fruits. For a drink I would recommend a juice of some sort such as CapriSun.

some of things my mom used to do was to put peanut butter into celery and then sprinkle raisins on top. (I always picked off the raisins because I don't like them though)
another idea is to cut up the fruit into fun shapes, or have them help you make a nice fruit salad or something.
what ever you do make it fun and try not to force them to eat "healthy" all the time. my mom did this when i was younger but until recently i rebeled.

Fruit Salad but you put the fruit in a cored out orange,Baked Potatoes with lots of yummy veggies

mix together carrot shavings and peanut butter and place on all sorts of different crackers. such as ritz, captain, goldfish snack cracker.
