Well I need to know how to start a good conversation off with a boy I like and should I talk to him when people around because I chicken out when people around.

Try saying .... "Hi" with a nice smile making sure the smile is also in your eyes and you maintain eye contact!!
If he breaks eye contact - move on !

The key to this is making HIM start the conversation. Use your body language. Be close to him and look him right in the eye a couple of times. When he makes eye contact, just smile and look away, then look back. Do stuff that'll look sexy to him, like play with your hair, or stare off into space while carressing your neck. If he's interested in you, he won't be able to resist. If he's shy though, you might want to go ahead and talk. I'm pretty shy sometimes with girls, so the thing that gets me is when a girl comes up and says my shirt looks good on me, or they ask me about something about myself they already know, but want to know more about. Showing interest is all you need. Just say "Hi". If he gets turned off by that, he's not worthy of you.

Find something that is common i mean if he is your colleague or work mate its easier that you take any problem to him and ask him like - do you know how it is or something like that .
if he is none ur work mate or classmate . I guess you can start from the sarrounding things like uuuf ... it hot today or really cold today or anything like that ... like anything from around -
third one is dont talk hit him , drop your purse near him ... as you see in movies to be honnest movies help sometimes in real life .. try those ... head over heels also a nice one . He will know that you like him , dont worry . But dont go and ask directly anything make it indirect . Because direction question wont look good . Good luck

Um I know for a fact that you can't have a serious conversation with him when other people are around. This guy I really like and he likes me too, but for osme reason we aren't going out yet, but anyway, today when he should have been asking me out or being intimate he was making yo mama jokes b/c his buddies were around. Talk to him, but get him alone to have a serious conversation.

It's easy!
start by saying hello or hi, then asking questions when he replied., try saying hello, followed by any appreciation you might like. ex. hi, looking good today!, or hi, why do you look good today?, then of course conversation will follow, then pretend that he's just an ordinary guy you wanted to chat with

guy i swear to god ive been attempting this for years (chatting with random ladies) Ive hit the massive a million 6 and that i nevertheless cant get the braveness to do it T_T i hate being shy...my self belief around ladies isnt as good because of the fact the subsequent guy the two so...I have not have been given any thought :(

This is SUPER easy!
All guys (and most girls) LOVE to talk about themself!!!
All you have to do is say something like, "Wow, I love that shirt! Where did you get it?" or "that is a great haircut--who cuts it?" and you're in like flynn.
Compliment a guy, and he will immediately like you. Then work your way to asking about his fave music, tv, pets, school subject, team......etc etc..

Find something you guys have in common, and work from there. It always works for me and I don't usually talk to anyone. If you don't know what he likes, just ask him about favorite hobbies, and foods and stuff, until you find something in common.

Think about something you know he likes like football, badsketball, haockey, baseball, nascar etc. etc. etc. and try that approch like what do you think about (insert team/person here) chances of doing something during the next season.
