Drinking lots of water, eating high protein meals in the morning and for starches only whole grains and fruits, you should lean up the way that you want to combined with a good cardio workout and walking/jogging.

I would seriously recommend talking with a doctor before taking anything like it, especially given you're age. It's always a good idea to consult a physcian in cases like this though because there could be an underlying cause for the weight gain. Also a lot of times the quick fixes don't really work and can actually do more harm than good.

Hi! I know how you feel being underweight now. I was having stomach issues a few months ago, and although i still ate food, i got down to 80 pounds at 5'4.5" It wasnt good. Although I found out it was celiac, so when i cut out gluten i gained back some weight. I run cross country too, so i know what you mean about it can be intense sometimes. I have a few suggestions, obviously, eat a large breakfast. Always eat lunch at school, a sandwich and some veggies or fruit, or whatever you like, i like to take salads atleast twice a week. Eat a small snack before practice starts, half a larabar, piece of fruit, whatever gives you fuel but doesnt weigh you down. After practice, eat a lot. Have some peanut butter on crackers with banana slices on top. Have peanut butter with an apple or celery. Have a handful of nuts and fruit. Or have some nuts with a glass of soy, rice, oat, almond, or whatever milk you drink. Eat lots for dinner. Fill your plate with grains, lots of veggies, and protein. Before bed, have some nuts or nut butter, some chocolate vegan milk(if you can find it) a vegan protein bar(i love larabars) or something with lots of calories.

If this is some miracle diet pill I would HIGHLY recommend you not take it. These diet pills usually are some sort of scame while they may work for a while serious medical problems could occur later in life with the use of those types of drugs. If you are seriously interested in losing weight consult a nutirionist and they will design a diet that is right for you and if you follow it right you will see results that could last a lifetime.

I recommend not taking the pills, and running a lot. Since afterall im pretty sure you did a lot of running in basketball which helped you keep your weight down...so run a lot and drink plenty of water...
