They should be fine. They're standard seats, with 32 inches of pitch, and 17 inches width.

Winglets are basically fins on the tips of the wings that make the air pass by more smoothly; they also help to save fuel. They're cool!

Check seatguru.com to see a diagram of the plane and you'll get a better idea of where your seats are. I personally prefer seats more towards the front of the plane--- you feel less turbulence if you're forward of the wings instead of behind them, so if you can move to a window seat more in the front you might be happier. Winglets mean you're seated toward the back part of the wing and will have a view of the winglets (part of the wing) instead of having an unobstructed view but that should be OK; you'll still be able to see some stuff out the window.

Seats located behind the engines are noisier than those located forward of the engines. You'll have a quieter ride if you can change to seats in rows 6-12. You'll also get off the plane quicker at your destination. There's no difference in perceived turbulence between forward and aft seat locations.
