I was reading a bit about angels and I would like to know how to pronounce the name Iofeil ?

I don't need the history or different names for the angel I'd just like to make sure I'm pronouncing it right. I was thinking of using it for a middle name.

Well you are in the wrong section. That is mythology. The only angel name in the bible is Gabriel.
