How often are other men of the same situation having sex w/ females and "do it yourself" method? How long can one go without and maintain sanity?

Sex doesn't keep you sane. You may desire sex strongly, but def not go insane or anything from not having it. If you a sex addict, then you might have a little problem, where if you don't have sex or get some type of release you may think about sex all the time.
