Put a cold wet cloth over ur eyes or they even have the eye mask you can use... you can buy them at wal-mart or walgreens...

Make yourself some tea with teabags keep the bags afterward. Put them in the fridge while you drink the tea and when you finish lay back and put the cold teabags over your eyes for 15 -30 mins. It should reduce the puffiness.

either take ice and gently rub over eye area that is puffy..or let stand for a couple of minutes( doNOT warm up) and wash face with ice cold water..trust me .helps.
