Hi, do you want to loose weight and to keep it or you don't care if you don't keep it?
Cuz if you do care - there is not quickest and easiest way))) You can stop to eat - and you 'll loose weight very quickly ( but not so easy)) . But after a while you'll gain weight and even can gain more than it was before.
So if you really want to loose extra lbs and keep it - get in touch with me- I'll help you. I'm not a trainer or somebody like this - I just was in your shoes.

Cut carbs and sugar from your daily food intake. Eat veggies..except carrots (sugar)..eat lots of protein..but avoid red meat. Drink water. Reverse your meals! Eat dinner for breakfast (brown rice, protein, veggies), salad with protein for lunch, and have something like yogurt for dinner. Your metabolism is highest in the morning. A lady actually lost 100 pounds in 4 months (truthfully) by reversing her meals and walking once a day. Exercise..walk, jog, or run..plus do crunches, situps, etc. I worked with a trainer a couple winters ago in Florida who showed me some GREAT thigh and butt exercises. You'll need a large yoga ball and a wall. Put the yoga ball between your back and the wall..and roll yourself down the wall into a sitting position. Hold this position for 15 seconds and slowly return to the standing position. Do this 15 times..eventually working up to 3 reps of 15. The first day of these..beware..only do 15! I woke up the next morning after 1 rep of 15 and could barely walk, not from pain, but my legs were like, not responding. Works wonders though! For your tummy, cross crunches are good, as well as laying on the floor and pulling your knees up to your chest. Believe it or not, but free weights are great not only for your arms, but for your stomach as well. Doing some different arm reps with 5 or 10 pound weights gives you some good results.Good luck! =)

Stop thinking about quick fixes, they're a waste of money.
Think Lifestyle, think about what you are eating, but most important, make exercise a part of your life, not just something you do when you want to lose weight.
This is how you get scammed. Do you really think think those models on TV used only that product???
They did not. LIFESTYLE.

Sorry, I stand by Adkins style low-carb diet. 2 to 3 weeks will change your life! Problem is, you can't just stop and go back to how you were eating before, you have to follow the plan or else you'll gain it all back plus some!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Crash diets can really hurt you. Just eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones.It fools you stomach into thinking that it is always full & it shrinks because you are not really filling it.The pounds come off & you are not hurting your body...Good Luck
