Realize that most people say that ghosts can't hurt you, they can only make them hurt themselves.

I personally don't believe in ghosts or spirits the way other people do, I think there's a scientific explanation to odd things that people see.

I wouldn't sweat it..if you've never seen one yet, chances are, you aren't going to.

I'm almost 40 and have NEVER seen a ghost...and my husband and I have been to many, MANY supposedly haunted places just so I could try and see something...we never did.

that is actually a common fear belive it or not. there is two things you can do .. one go see a therapist and spend some time talking about ways to deal with the irrational fear or go to hypnotherapy and have someone do the work for you by hypnotising you and leaving imprints in yur subconsciece that will take over when you begin to feel fear.

believe in the name of JESUS and you will find peace.ghost are invisible beings with messages .ignore them if don't feel them around you.your thinking need re programming.say i am ok with the help of GOD.everyday!
