it just had puppies 3 months ago and now she is bleeding and swollen , is it possible that she is in heat again my male dogs are interested in it .

Yes it is possible or she could have an infection and male dogs like that smell too. I would definitely keep her separate from the males and if you notice that she has nasty discharge - pusy looking then get her to the vet asap. It can be a deadly infection in her uterus. KEEP HER AWAY FROM MALES BECAUSE SHE COULD GET PREGNANT AGAIN AND THAT IS TOO SOON.

She is in heat. Keep her away from males. Take her to the vet and have her fixed.
