Americans have the right to go to Mexico and stay as the system is now. But, who in the world would want to move to Mexico and give up what we have here even though some of it we don't agree on. If Mexicans want to take a vacation here and then go back to their country, okay.

I been to Mexico many times.I even imported my wife.We have been married now for over 20 years, and is a U.S. citizen.
I really don't blame the Mexican people wanting to leave there country.Mexico doesn't do anything for the citizens except rob them every day. The government is so corrupt.I don't know why anyone would want to live there.Hell if I was born in Mexico I would leave to. Can anyone tell me 1 thing good about Mexico.I am asking about just 1 good thing. Are there any takers.
Hay I am white. And my great great grand father came to the U.S.in June of 1817.

And people wonder why the United States is the way it is. With all these ignorant people in it. For your information there are many Americans who want to go to Mexico and live in and retire there.Mexico is a beautiful country that has beautiful people. Until you have been there and have met the people then you shouldn't be saying anything! Everybody should have a right to go anywhere they want. If it is done the right way. But stupid ignorant people just do not understand. They are so closed minded. Which is so sad!

Mexicans do have the right to come to America. They can come here when ever they want, but there are certain time restrictions when one needs to go back to their home country. For example I cannot go to Mexico for a year, without proper documentation (i.e. visas, resident papers, job papers) and Mexicans cannot do that either without proper documentation. Not only for Mexicans but all other countries as well.

I dont see Americans rushing over the border to stay in mexico illegally. They go there as tourists and return to U.S afterwards. Also Americans do not go and Commit felony's in Mexico just cos they couldn't be bothered with taking the legal route .America and Mexico are two seperate countries. Illegal Mexicans do not have rights to decide what hoes on in U.S.

Mexico has immigration rules, just like America. You need a visa to visit and they give you a certain amount of time you can stay. If you want to work, you need to qualify for a work visa and those are very difficult to get. If you want to extend your visa, you have to show them that you have enough money in cash, based on their standards, to stay as a tourist. If you stay longer than your visa says, they will give you a letter saying you have a certain time to leave the country or they can deport you. Mexico has deported US citizens, but they are usually deported for getting involved in political protests.

Many times those rules are ignored for Americans because usually Americans leave after they are finished with their vacation. They don't take anything from the country, they help the economy. In the case where that is not true, believe me, people are arrested and deported. They deport Guatemalans every day.

According to Mexican law, there are restrictions as to HOW Americans can go to Mexico, and what determines their ability to get a work visa. If an American decides to retire in Mexico, there are also rules on how ther qualify for a pension which is fairly discriminatory depending on how much money they made while in Mexico. I do not want Mexicans excluded from America. However, please follow our rules!

Because Mexico has no law restricting Americans from crossing
the border...so there's nothing illegal. Mexicans have the right
to come to America...if they do so legally. The difference is
that America has a law against illegal immigration. Mexico does
not when it comes to the United States.

The Mexicans come here because they like to work for Wal Mart, they do not know that they have Wall Mart in Mexico. Someone should tell them! and they may not come here any more. -:) Americans go to Mexico on vacation to spend money and pay $ 9.00 for a bowl of cereal, and $12.00 for a Hamburger because they like helping the poor in Mexico. Is it time for everyone to stay home? -:)

Actually, you're wrong. In Mexico, once they catch an illegal, they send them straight off to there country. Meanwhile, here in AMERICA, the illegal's get welfare, jobs, education, etc. But no one can over in Mexico.

Unfair isn't it? So next time America makes a move to push out all illegal's no matter what, just wonder how unfair the other countries are.
