because the bottom part is a little ingrown and i can't get cotton under it. i can get it close but not under. what should i do?

Cut a "V" shape in the middle of your nail. As it grows it will pull the outsides in.

I'm a nurse. This can become serious if left untreated by a doctor. Septic (when infection gets into your bloodstream) can become fatal. This isn't something to be taken lightly and I know you must be in a lot of pain. Please see a doctor, you deserve to get the best care you can, a doctor.

idon't get what you mean, why do you have to put cotton there. The best thing to do is to a manicurist. She knows best what to do. Okey?
