Ahmed Gasar Mohammed , who represents El Nour - a non-governmental organization in Iraq, assures that mismangement along with suspicious deals and fake projects have cost Iraq billions of dollars. This happens in the mean time while International forces led by the U.S.A and Britain have been in Iraq for 3 years so far.
