I'm sorry i don't mean to scare you but there is a medical condition where people eat until they vomit. They are hungry all the time as the part of the brain that registers fullness doesn't work. Get an appointment at a paediatrition and seek help. Good luck and I hope for you it is just a stage. Whatever you do don't go looking for sites on this as you will only panic yourself. Get an answer for this and then go looking

Who is the parent here? Why on earth are you allowing him to do this? Give him a proper amount of food for his age and don't allow him to eat until he gets sick. Try less amounts more often. If he is still hungry wait awhile for the food he has eaten to settle and then offer him some more. If you allow him to eat until he throws up he won't get the nutritional value from the food he has eaten.

If this continues even with smaller amounts more often consult your pediatrician. There could be a medical reason why he is not satisfied after eating.

I'd take him to the ped for an evaluation. He could have a medical condition that warrants looking into. In the meantime, I would feed him the appropriate amount at the table at certain times. If he doesn't eat it or starts playing, then he gets down and doesn't get anything to eat until then next scheduled meal time. He will soon learn that meal time is for meals, but it is important to have a set area and a set time for these meals and stick to it. Children his age need 3 meals and 3 snacks offered daily.
