Massage, hot and cold compresses. But really a good Tylenol usually does the trick for me.

At the top of the eye sockets, roughly in the middle, there are small indentations in the bone. Those spots are a pain reflex and they work for the entire body. With eyes closed, use the tip of your thumbs or fingers and locate the spots, and apply even pressure, until a little discomfort is felt. Hold that pressure for maybe a minute. S L O W L Y release the pressure. It may take a few tries before relief is felt, but this usually works well. Migraines can be a bit tougher....those need several tries. HTH
