like a fake strangle (he was gentle) and said "i could kill you and no one would know i was here" should i be scared? i wasn't. but should i?

oh i'm not weirded out by him pretend strangling me. i played dead :] he loves my neck..so yeah.

It, by itself, can be played off as just a very strange joke. He might have just noticed how slender your neck is, leading him to think about putting his hands around it, leading to the thought that this looks like what people who are strangling someone look like.
On the other hand, Violent and abusive people could potentially "desensitize" their victims to abuse this way. Starting with jokes/rough physical play, and slowly inching upwards until they achieve a level of abuse that terrorizes and causes the submission and surrender of their partners.
Like the old saying about cooking a boiling a frog. If you put him in a pot of hot water, he'll jump out and escape. If you put him in a pot of cool water, and slowly increase the heat, it'll be too late for him by the time he realizes the water is getting too hot.
I'd say let it go, for now. But watch the temperature of the water you're in.

Wow. That's a bit creepy. Especially with some of the murders I've heard about. My dad's a cop you see. Eesh. Maybe your neck gets him aroused though. Teehee. Good luck with that one girl!

I think that sounds scary. He could have been joking but I mean, even joking about that is definitely not funny to me. I would talk to someone about it and get another perspective from a loved one.
