No... as I said in another answer, bulking up is something that requires a very strict diet and lots of discipline. You're not going to bulk up by accident. You might put on some muscle, but it won't be bulky, neanderthal muscle.

No, women are often afraid to lift weights because they might bulk up. Fact one, you ,don't have enough testosterone in you to get big. Fact two, mass only occurs with very heavy weight executed with few repititions. Fact three, the kind of mass that you are afraid of only comes with years of training and/or chemical enhancement. Have fun lifting!

probably not Bulk up. That would be more toning of what muscle you already have. Bulking up or adding weight that's muscle takes high protein food, and regular weight training.

its depends on your size,
if your life fat or chubby then dont becuase you will be looking like a man.

if your skinny and fite then yea you can lift some weights but just enough to give you good upper body strength.
