Ok, so you can either diet to try and impress your friends, which is LAME. Get rid of your friends all together for being *******. Or... if you really are fat, meaning more than 20 lbs over what you should weight based on your height, lose weight so you can have a healthier life. Either way, I say ditch your friends for being losers, diet, go look HAWT and there...
Wait.... are you from Temecula?

I always love these questions...
Obviously, the real problem here, is your "friends". Friends, do not harass you about something that you are obviously aware of...knowing it bothers you. You need to thin your circle of friends down to just the people who are actually friendly. Have a serious talk with them (privately, one-on-one) about how you feel. After that, toss overboard the ones that can't manage a little respect for your feelings.
Now, you call yourself "fat". I'm going to assume for a minute that you don't have an eating disorder and that you are actually a little heavy. After you clean house among your friends...think about trying to shape up a little bit. Losing weight through sensible diet and exercise is never easy...but it just gets harder the longer you wait and the older you get...so start now. You'll look and feel better. But, never let yourself forget the people who would (and wouldn't) be a good friend to you over something so shallow.

Well it is very disappointing to hear that your friends are actually the ones who are teasing you... and don't support you. Friends can sometimes can be nice and help you in situations when you really need them but some times they can hurt you!! If you are interested in loosing weight go for it!!! Don't give up remember an accomplishment is worth the triple when is done from the bottom of your heart!! and teach them a lesson to respect you and to understand how you really feel!!!!

I'm going to assume that you're overweight. Are you? Or are you healthy. People can be very critical about others bodies...even if others bodies are perfectly fine.
If in reality you do need to actually loose weight, tell your "friends" that you're working on it (And dont lie, really work at it! getting healthier is a goal to have)... and if they're hurting your feelings, tell them. Say something like "look, I'm trying my best right now to loose weight. Theres nothing else that I am able to do about it other than try." and let them know that they're upsetting you. .... if they're really your friends, as you say they are, they'll understand...they'll shut up about it.... and maybe you can even ask them for support.

Try HydroxyCut and walk 30 minutes a day. Also try to avoid sweets. Fruit, Vegetables, Meat, and Grain are the food groups you should be eating from. About your friends, tell them to shut up or just avoid them for a while. Good Luck.

I know exactly what you mean ....I am fat and my family and especially my dad and my grandma won't shutup about it....but the best thing u could do is to 1.ignore them2.tell them to mind their own business 3.make fun of them about something they're really sensitive to and show them how it feels 4.try to lose a little weight and rub it in their faces 4.and the last thing u could do is just eat what ever u want and show them who's boss........seriously it's ur body and ur life ....and if they were ur real friends they would bug u about u being fat or whatever :)

You should invite them to dinner and serve just celery, rice cakes water and maybe go all out with cottage cheese. Tell them they have gotten through to you and you appreciate them dieting along with you for support . Go through the entire meal like everything is normal.
Wrap deodorant soap, mouthwash, facial hair wax strips, an AA pamphlet and a Plastic Surgery pamphlet in beautiful wrapping paper. Hand them out as favors. A different one to each it does not matter who gets what. Tell them you are serious about working on your issues if they will begin work on theirs.

You're beautiful, get some real friends. Now, if your weight is affecting your health, get your friends together and maybe they can help you loose weight. they too can get on the wagon and eat better i am sure of it. keep your head up and loose wt for yourself and your health. take each day one day at a time. start slowly and keep with it you will see results. if you have a doctor, you might want to have a talk with him/her about some options as well.

Are they genuinely concerned for your health or just being mean? Tell them it's your business and if they are really your friends they will give you a break. Honestly you can't lose weight successfully until you are ready to and their bugging you about it won't help.
