ok so i know that it is important to eat 5/6 small meals a day, and that drinking water before a meal will help, but idk what are good things to be eating throughout the day. i need something really simple, because im constantly running from class to class. also what times should i be eating? thanx!!

I am on the go allot two, but a healthy tasty snack i love is carrots and peanut butter, they make a great combo, and all you need is a bag of carrots, and a jar of Pb. or you could make trail mix, with healthy things you all ready know you like, and pre bag them, in Ziploc baggies. Hope this helped.
